More Than Loft Ladders offers loft ladder installations, loft boarding, lighting, and related services. All quotations are free and no obligation. Work will only proceed upon written or verbal acceptance of a quote.

2. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are based on the information provided at the time of quoting. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges.
• VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate where applicable.

3. Booking and Payment

• Once a customer accepts a quotation, a mutually agreed installation date will be arranged.
• Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• More Than Loft Ladders does not collect or store card payment or bank details. All payment is processed securely via the agreed method (e.g., bank transfer, card machine, cheque, or cash).

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
• We reserve the right to charge a fee for late cancellations or failed access to the property on the agreed date.

5. Guarantees

• We provide a standard guarantee of up to 5 years on our workmanship, depending on the product or installation type.
• Manufacturer warranties will also apply where relevant.
• Guarantees do not cover accidental damage, misuse, or issues arising from third-party interference.

6. Liability

• We carry full public liability insurance.
• While we take every care to avoid damage, we are not liable for any pre-existing structural issues or problems arising from unforeseen conditions.
• We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Use of the Website

• You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.
